How SkinShine MedSpa is Handling COVID-19

Your health, and the health of our staff, are paramount. We want to reassure you that the approach we are taking places the highest priority on your health and well-being, and that we are creating an environment that is safe for everyone. In accordance with the most up to date CDC and CT and NY Department of Health recommendations, we have instituted the following protocols to protect the safety of all and respectfully ask that you please

• Arrive for your appointment alone 
• All patients will be required to wear face coverings at all times while in our SkinShine MedSpa. 
• Leave your personal belongings in the car. We ask that you limit your belongings to your keys, cell phone and wallet.
• Answer our prescreening questions in advance of arriving for your appointment
  • Have you had any respiratory symptoms including fever and/or cough with or without shortness of breath or any other flu symptoms in the last 14 days?
  • Have you been in close contact with someone with COVID-19 in the past 4 weeks?    IF YES, PLEASE LET US KNOW          
• Be prepared to have your temperature taken. 
• Proceed directly to your treatment room. While respecting appropriate social distancing protocol

 Update your credit card on file.

• ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE TOUCHLESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE PROVIDE THE CREDIT CARD BEFORE TREATMENT.

MedSpa Staff Protocol:

• All service providers will wear gloves during treatment
• We have scheduled an additional 20 minutes in between patients for thorough disinfecting
• We are doing temperature checks on our staff and patients
• All patients will be by appointment only
• No group appointments are allowed
• We have eliminated our waiting lounge
• Hand sanitizer is available throughout the spa for patient use
